Noel McGonigle was born in Windsor, has a Diploma in Management and gained an MBA at the Open University Business School.

Noel served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years in a variety of operational and human resource appointments. His career took him to a number of well known “hot spots” including Northern Ireland, the Falklands Islands, the Gulf, Bosnia and Sierra Leone.

He also worked in the Ministry of Defence, in equipment procurement with £500m of project responsibility.

Noel has been responsible for leading and managing people for over 30 years. He joined Azzurri in 2006 and is responsible for all HR activities, including Health and Safety.
