Azzurri statement of policy and principles

Azzurri believes that corporate responsibility and corporate governance are inter-linked, and the Azzurri Board has created a framework with which to manage both. Our framework includes setting objectives, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that the goals are aligned to our business strategy.

In order to recognise the importance of both corporate responsibility and corporate governance, a Board member has been assigned responsibility to each area. Progress against each action is reported regularly and monitored by the Azzurri Board to ensure there is a continuous process of improvement.

Through this approach we can demonstrate to staff, customers, suppliers, investors and other stakeholders that Azzurri is a well managed and responsible business.
